We do our best to keep the website up-to-date as much as possible, but sometimes it can happen that a course is already full, while there are still places available on the website.
You want to sign up for a refresher course, great! This way you will refresh your knowledge, train your skills and extend your certificate.
During the refresher course, we focus on practical work. During the course, we practice the various skills from different practical situations. We work together with people who are taking the First Aid course for the first time and have followed an e-learning beforehand. Would you also like to take this e-learning in advance in preparation? You can add it to your basket at checkout for €20.
Choose a date and fill in the registration form.
Complete the payment. You will immediately receive the invoice* by e-mail. * If you submit the invoice to your health insurer, it is best to do so after the course.
We will process your registration within 2 working days. If you have added the e-learning, we will (manually) activate it within 2 working days. As soon as we have processed your registration, you will receive an e-mail with extra information. * Registrations on Fri-Sat-Sun are processed on Mondays.
Prepare for the course You can do this via the e-learning of the Red Cross or by watching the video's from the Dutch resuscitation council on YouTube. Unfortunately these video's are only available in Dutch, but it's mainly about the actions.
On the course day, you refresh your knowledge, train your skills and renew your certificate. We work with competence education which means that the competences are tested during the course; there is no separate exam.
You will receive* your certificate within 1 day in Heartbeat. *Of course only if you have passed, but we will assume so.
Want to know how to administer first aid to babies and children in additional to adults? Then add the e-learning paediatric first aid. The refresher course will then last until 17:30. (The button is in Dutch, but we’ll activate the e-learning in English. Don’t worry 😉 )
