We do our best to keep the website up-to-date as much as possible, but sometimes it can happen that a course is already full, while there are still places available on the website.

Choose a date and fill in the registration form.
Complete the payment. You will immediately receive the invoice* by e-mail. * If you submit the invoice to your health insurer, it is best to do so after the course.
We will process your registration within 2 working days and (manually) activate your e-learning. As soon as we have processed your registration, you will receive an e-mail from the Red Cross with login details for Heartbeat where the e-learning is ready for you. * Registrations on Fri-Sat-Sun are processed on Mondays.
Complete the e-learning. You may do this wherever and whenever you want. The e-learning must be completely finished before the start of the practical part.
On the course day, you will learn the practice. We work with competence education which means competences are tested during the course; there is no separate exam.
You will receive* your certificate within 1 day in Heartbeat. *Of course only if you have passed, but we will assume so.
